I just realized that Sunday is Cinco De Mayo. I figured it out when I went to the grocery store and all of the avocados and tortillas were on sale. Will I be celebrating this controversial holiday? Yes indeed. Any excuse to eat nachos and drink a margarita and I’m for it.
